Plastic moulding is a manufacturing process used to produce precise and repeatable plastic components by shaping molten material within a mould. It enables high-volume production with consistent quality, tight tolerances, and a wide range of material and design options, making it suitable for industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.
DESIGN & ENGINEERING
We review the customer’s concept, CAD data, or technical drawings and provide engineering input on geometry, tolerances, and material selection. Designs are optimized for manufacturability, performance, and cost-efficient serial production.
TOOL & MOULD PRODUCTION
High-precision injection moulds are designed and manufactured in-house using CNC machining and EDM processes. Each tool is engineered for durability, dimensional accuracy, and long-term production stability.
TESTING & SAMPLE VALIDATION
Initial samples and first-article parts are produced and validated for fit, function, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy. Process adjustments are made until all requirements are met and repeatable results are achieved.
MOULDING & ASSEMBLY
Automated and semi-automated systems manage injection moulding, insert placement, and assembly operations. Controlled processes ensure stable cycle times, reduced variation, and consistent part quality during serial production.
QUALITY CONTROL & DELIVERY
Parts undergo defined inspection and quality checks before packaging and labeling. Production and batch data are recorded to ensure full traceability, and finished products are prepared for on-time delivery to the customer.
Experience precision that delivers. Quality that endures.
